✓ Advising a businessman related to (1) the case “Violations of regulations on banking operations and other activities related to banking activities occurred at the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam J.S.C (BIDV) and a number of its affiliates”, according to the Decision on Prosecution for the Criminal Case No.46/C03-P13 dated November 22, 2018 of the Police Investigation Agency of the Ministry of Public Security and (2) the case “Illegal Use of Property” took place at Binh Ha Breeding J.S.C in Cam Xuyen District, Ha Tinh Province from May to November 2020.
✓ Defend successfully Loc Phat International Co., Ltd (Plaintiff) against a foreign company with nationality of Marshall Islands (Defendant) in an international tort lawsuit worth approximately USD 5,5 million at the People’s Court of Ho Chi Minh City from September to November 2019.
✓ Annul successfully an arbitral award issued by an Arbitral Tribunal of VIAC (Vietnam International Arbitration Center) as that award violated the legal rights and interests of a Vietnamese company (Petitioner) at the People’s Court of Ho Chi Minh City from August to October 2019.
✓Defend successfully 02 Vietnamese company (Respondents) against a Korean company (Claimant) in an international tort lawsuit worth approximately USD 2,6 million at VIAC from December 2018 to August 2019.
✓ Review a Management Agreement for the management of a serviced suites of units to be constructed in Vietnam between Chau Thanh Trading and Investment J.S.C and a Singaporean company in January 2019.
