The First Victory can be considered Acceptable (cancellation of first instance judgment and retrial) after our client must had gone through 02 criminal trials and 03 previous civil trials within 06 years and has never ever savored the taste the victory – and is still suffering the consequences now

The main cause of Failure for these trials was the Terrible Quality of Work and the Culpable Negligence of the previous team of lawyers (and it took us a lot of effort to tackle this mess).——————————————
There is still a long way to go to finish this case and we believe that the People’s Courts of Hoa Binh province will not make the same mistakes in applying the law as the previous trials.——————————————
