The dispute between one party who is the grandson and the other who is the whole family, including grandmother and all uncles and aunts.
The current situation is that the grandson has occupied and prevented the whole family from accessing the land whose origin belongs to grandparents (grandfather passed away in 2019).
The court decided to accept the case on December 10, 2019 and for unknown reasons has not yet heard it.
We hope that the period from the time we join this case to the first instance trial will be less than 02 months. Our clients are grandmothers and the whole family.
