On April 14, 2022, Dr. Nguyen Ba Cuong was honored to be appointed by the Executive Board of the Hanoi Bar Association to be a new member of the Department of International Relations according to Decision No.170/QD-BCN.
The Department of International Relations has the function of advising the Executive Board in the field of foreign affairs, international relations, and cooperation of the Hanoi Bar Association.
